who will oversee and direct preparing a location for operations
Basic requirements for premises for Local Market supermarkets
• In populated areas and at a slight distance from them, in industrial zones, near busy highways
• Convenient access to the premises and clear access roads
• Availability of parking for at least 50-100 cars at a time
• The premises should not be located in fenced areas with a separate entrance (closed bases, motor depots and convoys, etc.)
• Medical and cultural organizations (for licensing purposes)
• Our ideal retail floor size is between 8,500 and 13,000 square feet
• Location on the 1st floor
• The possibility of unhindered operation of the outlet from 09.00 a.m to 09.00 p.m.
• Our ideal ceiling height is 14 feet
• The retail area should not consist of multiple rooms
• The presence of 2 entrances: central (for buyers) and loading with the possibility of the entrance of heavy vehicles for unloading
• Walls, ceiling, columns inside the room, painted with light colors
• Availability of necessary communications (water (cold and hot), sewerage), ventilation
• The roof does not allow atmospheric precipitation to enter
• The floors are flat, of a single level, anti-dust, washable, withstanding a load of 3 t/m2 (marble chips / concrete floors with polymer coating / topping floors) in all rooms, the warranty on the floors is at least 5 years
• Availability of heating (temperature not less than +18 °C in winter)
• Cold storage in the sales area, measuring 8% — 10% of the area of the room with lighting and maintained temperature of 0 — 4 ° C
